Situated in La Vega del Zute, this beautiful house is totally private, and is set in its own lovely gardens with stunning panoramic mountain views. This property is just 10 minutes walk from the bustling market town of Orgiva or 5 minutes drive.

Everything in this house is brand new; the property is completely restored in the Alpujarren style, yet with all the modern luxuries.

It has lovely large windows and is very light and airy, although the thick walls ensure that it is reasonably cool in the heat of summer.

There are 3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms with spa showers (one of which is ensuite). The large living/dining area has an open fireplace and TV (Spanish channels), and there is a fully equipped kitchen. There is central heating and velux mosquito covering on all the windows and a baby cot and additional fold up bed are also available.

Outside there are two shaded terraces, equipped with table and chairs and with excellent views of the Sierra Lujar. The large private swimming pool has wonderful views of both the Sierra Lujar and the Sierra Nevada, and there is a shower by pool, and sun loungers both by the pool and in the garden area. The garden itself is well kept with lawns and is surrounded by olive groves. There is a BBQ with outside sink and a utility area, as well as private parking within the grounds.

Low Season: November - April (excluding Christmas and Easter)
Mid Season: May, June, September, October
High Season: July, August, Easter, Christmas and Spanish Bank Holidays

Pets not permitted.

A deposit of 40% will be required to confirm the reservation; the balance is due 10 weeks before you arrive.

The owners will also require a 200€ refundable deposit for damages and this will be returned in full, upon departure, provided that there are no damages.
