This typical village house is situated in the village of Nigüelas, which nestles in the pretty Lecrin Valley, with its gentle climate and abundance of orange and olive groves. This property makes an excellent base for discovering the area and enjoying the wonderful walking and horse riding routes.

Nigüelas is just 20 minutes from the famous City of Granada and the great variety of cultural activities it offers, including the Alhambra Palace, the Cathedral, the old Jewish and Arabic quarters.

It is just 30 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Tropical, 20 minutes from the Alpujarra and 40 minutes from the ski resorts of the Sierra Nevada.

If golfing is your thing, then it is just 15 minutes from the Santa Clara Golf Course and 30 minutes from the Los Moriscos course in Motril.

The house is divided into two apartments. Casa Buganvilla has two bedrooms, one with king size bed and the option of a cot, and the other with 2 single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with open fireplace, TV, DVD and internet connection.

Outside there is a large terrrace with garden furniture, plenty of sun and great views.

Optionally, the property offers another double bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a hydromassage shower.

There is also a shared swimming pool with the neighbouring apartment.

Property Pricing

High Season: July, August, Christmas, Easter and Spanish Bank Holidays.

A deposit of 40% will be required to confirm the reservation; the balance is due 10 weeks before you arrive.

The owners will also require a 150€ refundable deposit for damages and this will be returned in full, upon departure, provided that there are no damages.
