This peaceful 4 bedroom cortijo, with a large private swimming pool is set within 2500 square meters of garden with an abundance of fruit trees and organic vegetables, which can be enjoyed by the guests. It is just a 20 minute walk along a country track from the heart of the bustling market town of Orgiva; the capital of La Alpujarra.

The accommodation is made up of 1 double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a further twin bedroom with a single bed and pull-out bed underneath, and a fourth bedroom with 'high beds' - just like bunk beds but with the top bunk only and storage/play space underneath.

The villa has a large lounge / dining room with wood burning stove, TV (Spanish channels) and a DVD/ CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric kettle etc.

In addition the house benefits from a 40m2 games room with table tennis and WIFI.

The house has central heating for the winter months, and the water is heated by solar power heating with electrical back up for the occasional cloudy day.

Outside there is a large private pool measuring 11m x 5m (1.20m - 1.80m deep). The outdoor covered dining area is furnished and has lighting for romantic evening meals and shady outdoor breakfasts and lunches. There is also a BBQ.

The large garden boasts a variety of trees including: orange, lemon, pomegranite, mandarine, nispora, fig, pear and olive. Guests may also purchase the finca's own olive oil and are free to help themselves to the fruits and organic vegetables in their season.

This property has private parking. There are beautiful views of the Sierra Lujar from the pool and gardens and panoramic views of the Sierra Nevada as well, from the roof terrace.

Low Season: October - April (excluding Easter, Xmas and Spanish Bank Holidays)
Mid Season: May, June and September
High Season: July, August, Easter, Christmas and Spanish Bank Holidays


A deposit of 50% will be required to confirm the reservation; the balance is due 10 weeks before you arrive.

The owners will also require a 150€ refundable deposit for damages and this will be returned in full, upon departure, provided that there are no damages.
