This lovely house, with private pool and stunning views of the Sierra Lujar mountains, is situated in Sortes, just 15 minues walk from the vibrant market town of Orgiva in the heart of La Alpujarra. The property has private, gated parking and is surrounded by ancient olive trees.

The house has two bedrooms and one bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer and there is a utility room with washing machine. The living/dining area has an open fireplace and TV (Spanish channels). There is electric heating in the property.

Outside there is a large covered porch with table and chairs and a private swimming pool (7 x 4m, 1.6m deep). The property has exterior lighting and a built-in BBQ, making it the perfect place to relax and dine in the evening, enjoying the tranquillity and beauty of the area.

There is gated parting on the property and easy access from the main road.

This property is next to Casa Mati and so is ideal for large groups or two families travelling together, and the two properties can be connected by a garden gate if required.

Low season: January, February, November
Mid season: March, April, May, Sept, October
High season: June, July, August, December, Easter, Christmas and Spanish Bank Holidays

A deposit of 40% will be required to confirm the reservation; the balance is due 10 weeks before you arrive.

The owners will also require a 150€ refundable deposit for damages and this will be returned in full, upon departure, provided that there are no damages.
