This lovely small finca with excellent views of the Sierra Nevada and the Sierra Lujar, is situated in Tijola, just a 5 minute drive and 20 minute walk through lemon and orange groves, to the bustling market town of Orgiva.

The finca has 2 totally independent private houses, each with their own secluded garden and swimming pool. Each house is more or less the same although the gardens are slightly different. Neither house overlooks the other in any way. They can therefore either be rented individually or together should a larger group require them.

Each house has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living/dining area has an open fireplace and TV, and there is a fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large covered patio with dining furniture, and a private swimming pool, with sun loungers provided, making it the perfect place to relax and soak up the tranquillity and beauty of the area. The gardens are well looked-after with grass and beautiful flowering plants. For the winter, electric heating is available and for the summer, there are mosquito blinds on all the windows, meaning you can let the cool night air in and keep the insects out.

There is parking within the property. Pets are not permitted.

Property Pricing

Mid Season: June & September
High Season: July, August, Easter, Christmas and Spanish Bank Holidays

A deposit of 40% will be required to confirm the reservation; the balance is due 10 weeks before you arrive.

The owners will also require a 150€ refundable deposit for damages and this will be returned in full, upon departure, provided that there are no damages.
