This attractive house, surrounded by ancient olive trees, with stunning views of the Sierra Lujar, is set in Sortes, just 15 minutes walk from Orgiva in the heart of La Alpujarra.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer and the living/dining area has an open fireplace and TV (Spanish channels). There is electric heating in the property.

Outside there is a large covered porch with table and chairs and a private swimming pool (7 x 4m, 1.6m deep). There is also an outside toilet and shower and a utility room with washing machine. With amazing views from the pool and terrace over the surrounding mountains, this is the perfect place to sit and relax, and in the evening you can light the built in BBQ, put on the exterior lighting and enjoy a glass or two of wine as the sun goes down.

There is gated parting on the property and easy access from the main road.

This property is next to Casa Antonio and so is ideal for large groups or two families travelling together, and the two properties can be connected by a garden gate if required.

Low Season: January, February, November
Mid Season: March, April, May, Sept, October
High Season: June, July, August, December, Easter, Christmas and Spanish Bank Holidays

A deposit of 40% will be required to confirm the reservation; the balance is due 10 weeks before you arrive.

The owners will also require a 200€ refundable deposit for damages and this will be returned in full, upon departure, provided that there are no damages.
