High Season: July, August, Christmas & Easter

A non-refundable deposit of 40% will be required to confirm the reservation; the balance is due 10 weeks before you arrive.

The owners will also require a 150€ refundable deposit for damages and this will be returned in full, upon departure, provided that there are no damages.
