This lovely cortijo with excellent views, is located in La Vega del Zute, just a 5 minute drive, or a 10 minute walk from the centre of Orgiva. It is an ideal place from which to discover all that this beautiful area has to offer, including the cultural sights of the ancient city of Granada, the traditional white villages of La Alpujarra, and the beaches of the Costa Tropical. Alternatively it is just a charming, comfortable place in which to rest, relax and enjoy the mountain views and chill out in the pool.

The house itself is a traditional Alpujarren cortijo that has been sympathetically restored, with chestnut beams and local stone. It is newly and comfortably furnished.

It has ample outside space with a good sized swimming pool, marvelous views and benefits from light and sun almost all year round.

The accommodation comprises two bedrooms - 1 double & 1 twin (an extra bed & cot can be provided on request) and a bathroom. The living room has an open fireplace and TV and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances.

All window have mosquito nets and there is heating in the house.

Outside there are two patios, one of which is covered to provide shade and both have stunning views of the Sierra Lujar mountain range. There is also a BBQ with washing up area and a private 8m x 5m swimming pool with outside shower. Garden furntiture is provided and the large grounds have plenty of plants and flowers, and the house is surrounded by olive trees.

There is private parking within the property.

Property Pricing

High Season: July, August, Easter & Christmas.
Mid Season: June & September
1 week minimum stay in high season.

A deposit of 40% will be required to confirm the reservation; the balance is due 10 weeks before you arrive.

The owners will also require a 150€ refundable deposit for damages and this will be returned in full, upon departure, provided that there are no damages.
