This property is just 15 minutes walk from the bustling market town of Orgiva or 5 minutes drive, where you can find shops, banks, bars and restaurants.

Everything in this house is brand new and the property is completely restored in the Alpujarren style, yet with all the modern luxuries.

It has lovely large windows and is very light and airy, although the thick walls ensure that it is reasonably cool in the heat of summer.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin, and a shared bathroom. The large open-plan living and dining area has an open fireplace and TV. The traditional-style kitchen is newly-fitted and fully equipped.

Outside there are two furnished covered patios with excellent views of the Sierra Lujar. There is also a beautiful large private pool with shower, garden furniture and wonderful views of both the Sierra Lujar and the Sierra Nevada. The large private garden is surrounded by lemon, orange and olive trees and there is also a large BBQ area with sink and a utility area.

There is private parking within the grounds adn the house is reached from a country road followed by a few metres by track that is easily accessible in any type of car.

This property can also be let as a 2 bedroom house (high and mid-season only) with reduced prices. Please enquire for rates for 4 people.

Property Pricing

High Season: July, August, Easter, Christmas and Spanish Bank Holidays
Mid Season: June & September

A deposit of 40% will be required to confirm the reservation; the balance is due 10 weeks before you arrive.

The owners will also require a 200€ refundable deposit for damages and this will be returned in full, upon departure, provided that there are no damages.
