Casa Fresno is situated on a corner of Pinos del Valle with clear views to the south, north and east overlooking the Valley to the Sierra Nevada. The house has two distinct parts with a large living room to the rear, giving on to the patio and pool, and the large kitchen dining room looks onto the street at the front. Between these two living areas there is also a patio which gives extra light to both.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, including the large master bedroom with king size bed, directly over the living room and overlooking the pool. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room, as does the living room below (where there is a sofabed for two more guests). One other shower room is upstairs, shared between the front two bedrooms, which have twin beds and bunk beds respectively.

Finally, above all else, there is a roof terrace with commanding views of the Sierra Nevada and the countryside around. Unlike many roof terraces, this one has shade, where you can eat alfresco or just lie in the peace and quiet of the afternoon, if you want to get away from the pool.

Casa Fresno has satellite TV, DVD, a fully equipped kitchen, is well furnished generally. and has new garden furniture and sunloungers in all outdoor areas. The pool is maintained by qualified cleaners, and the timing for this can be agreed with you in advance. Although the house doesnt have Internet, a Wi Fi area is available nearby if you wish to have the availability of Internet from time to time.

The Valley of Lecrin is a startlingly beautiful area which occupies one of the most privileged positions in Spain. The area itself is midway between the Costa Tropical, famous for its verdant cultivation of exotic fruits and sugar cane, and the city of Granada, home to the Alhambra and the Albaicin, two of Spain´s most visited historic attractions. This makes an excellent base for combining beach, mountains and culture with everything within about a 30 minute drive.

Pinos del Valle has a commanding position high up above the Embalse de Beznar (reservoir). It boasts two bars which both serve up excellent tapas free of charge with every drink.

40% booking deposit is required to confirm the booking.

A discount of 10% of each additional week's rental is offered for multi-week bookings.
