This very special, charming and totally unique, lovingly restored, Alpujarren cortijo, is within a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk through orange, lemon and olive groves, to the lively market town of Orgiva. This cortijo is situated in an area known as La Vegueta and has excellent views of the Sierra Lujar.

The house has a rustic and bohemian style but with all the modern conveniences of the 21st century and has an extremely comfortable and relaxing feel about it. The whole property is very peaceful and secluded. There is also private parking in the driveway. There is a large living/dining room with lots of light, a wood burning stove and TV, DVD and CD players. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a seating area to the side.

Outside there is a covered terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a BBQ, and a large colourful garden area. The villa has a private swimming pool with sun loungers – the perfect place to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of this secluded villa.

Low Season: November to March (excluding Xmas)
Mid Season: April, May, June, Sept, October
High Season: July, August, Easter, Christmas and Spanish Bank Holidays


A deposit of 40% will be required to confirm the reservation; the balance is due 10 weeks before you arrive.

The owners will also require a 150€ refundable deposit for damages and this will be returned in full, upon departure, provided that there are no damages.
