Cortijo Pampaneira is set within an ecological finca of 3 hectares with leafy luxuriant vegetation in the middle of the mountains in the famous and beautiful Poquiera Valley, in the Sierra Nevada National Park. The property is just 2 kilometres below the vibrant white village of Pampaneira. This cortijo offers beauty, privacy and tranquillity and its location is ideal for exploring the Alpujarra by car, on foot, by bike or on horseback..

This Cortijo has 3 different houses which can be rented together or separately, they are totally independent but they share a private swimming pool. The houses have all been restored in keeping with their original style and thus benefit from the typical Alpujarren type of construction which ensures that the house remains naturally warm in the winter and refreshingly cool in the summer, making it a very desirable holiday accommodation during the hot summer months.

Cortijo Sueños has 2 twin bedrooms, a full bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. The large living area has a wood burning stove, TV (Spanish channels) and a sofa with chaise longue. Outside a private covered terrace makes the ideal place to sit and enjoy the amazing views, and there is also a BBQ, and the swimming pool (with toddler pool) that is shared with the other 2 houses.

The other houses in this same Cortijo are Cortijo Paz and Cortijo Luna. When all 3 houses are rented together they can sleep up to 12 people.

Property Pricing

Price per property per week

Low Season: October to May, excluding Easter, Christmas and Spanish Bank Holidays
Mid Season: June & September
High Season: July, August, Easter, Christmas and Spanish Bank Holidays

A deposit of 40% will be required to confirm the reservation; the balance is due 10 weeks before you arrive.

The owners will also require a 150€ refundable deposit for damages and this will be returned in full, upon departure, provided that there are no damages.
