This casita is set within the grounds of a lovely finca known as Las Chimeneas, which has 3 acres of beautiful land with garden, orange and olive trees. It is situated in Tijola, within 5 minutes drive or a 20 minute walk to the market town of Orgiva, the capital of La Alpujarra. The casita has excellent views of the Sierra Nevada and the Sierra Lujar.

This casita offers 3 different rental options: 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom; 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom or 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

It is ideal for all ages, is wheelchair friendly and easily accessible by pushchair. It has its own private, walled and enclosed garden with a BBQ but guests also have access to over 3 acres of the grounds of the main finca which offers plenty of shady spots in which to relax and enjoy the olive and citrus groves.

There is also an area suitable for children to play, with balls, etc, within the grounds but not too close to the house as well as a bolted gate leading to the pool for childrens' safety

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is adapted for wheelchair use and has a seat in the shower. The living area has a wood-burning stove and is very well equipped with wi-fi broadband internet access, plasma screen TV with English channels, DVD, VCR, and CD.

Outside there is a small walled and enclosed garden area with garden furniture and BBQ, and a gate (which can be bolted) leads to the large private pool (8m x 5m, depth from 1.75-2m). There is a large terrace area around the pool with shade and sun loungers. Guests also have access to over 3 acres of the grounds of the main finca which offers plenty of shady spots in which to relax and enjoy the olive and citrus groves.

There is also an area suitable for children to play, with balls, etc, within the grounds but not too close to the house and there is a table tennis table by the pool.

Price per property per week

Low Season: November to March (excluding Xmas)
Mid Season: April, May, June, Sept, October
High Season: July, August, Easter, Christmas and Spanish Bank Holidays

A deposit of 40% will be required to confirm the reservation; the balance is due 10 weeks before you arrive.

The owners will also require a 200€ refundable deposit for damages and this will be returned in full, upon departure, provided that there are no damages.

No pets allowed and no smoking in the house.
